Ethical Policy of the Journal
The ethical policy of Mise en Abyme follows the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
Specifically:

Mise en Abyme requires that authors must be honest in presenting their results and conclusions of their research. Fabrication or falsification reporting of data with the intent to mislead or deceive is unethical, as is the theft of data or research results from others.

Mise en Abyme is are committed to prompt evaluation and publication of fully accepted papers through a peer-review system in order to maintain a high-quality publication. In case of special issues by invitation, these will be openly delcared.

Mise en Abyme is against plagarism, reproducing text from other papers without properly crediting the source (plagiarism), and guarantees the citation of authors and other's controibutions. Additionally, Mise en Abyme is against the practice of self-plagiarism.
